I have one message that did not get answered within 24 hour, BUT it was a direct result of Etsy's Fault. Etsy STOPPED sending me email messages stating that I had either an order or a message. I issued a complaint and after about 5 or 6 days someone at Etsy replied back that they found out that from some reason the ETSY system had marked my email account as inactive. He reinstated it and then everything starting working fine. However, I should not loose my Star Seller badge for the month because of a technical problem on Etsys side. This is totally unfair to us very small at home sellers.
