The request help with order pop up needs to have an x. It won’t scroll properly with it up. I can’t get to the send button and sometimes my order doesn’t need help. I just need to message them.
Very frustrating when I have to fight the system to try to get to something as simple as the send button!
If you - your shop - has received a Help Request from a buyer, these messages must be replied to within 48 hours. They are separate from any other message threads you and the buyer may have started.
If for some reason you cannot reply to a Help Request, try the usual clear cache, etc. If that doesn't do it, you'll need to contact Etsy.
If you are speaking as the Buyer - you want to contact a Shop you have purchased from & all you are seeing is the Help Request message format - this is what you are basically forced to use. Etsy changed things up about a year or so ago.
@MyShopOnly I know what you mean. You need to either reduce your window size, or use the down-arrow to scroll down. Poor interface programming.
