Reporting Bug "Blue Message Alert from Etsy"

This morning, after responding immediately to a few first time messages from potential buyers, the "blue automated alert message from Etsy that appears asking you to respond with 24 hours" is not clearing.  After responding to a message, it always clears instantly and another automated green message pops us saying good work for responding. All messages I left still shows the blue alert that I haven't responded. If this goes beyond the 24 hour window, sellers can be dinged in error on their response message rate which affects their customer service stats.

That's been going on for a couple of weeks now. There are a bunch of other posts about it in the forums. In my experience the blue bit does eventually go away usually after about 24 hours and doesn't seem to impact star seller bits.
