Report Button Missing

Is it just me or anyone else missing the report button still?  I can not find a button for individual items or for a shop.

@FLcowgirls  - To report a specific listing the "report" link is right below the listing's photo, on that listing's description/details page.

The "report this shop" link is there on the shop's main page, scroll down a bit, below the Sections "column".

Note, I'm on a laptop/W10/Chrome.

I just tried reporting an item, and the "submit report" button was missing.  I tried reporting something from another shop, and I had the button.  Could it be we can only report one item from a shop over a certain time period?  Or we can't if the shop is already under review?  Any theories?
