I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a recurring issue that is significantly affecting my Etsy shop's performance and reputation. I am a Canadian seller, and my shop has been active for the past 6 months. During this time, I have completed over 300 sales with 99% 5-star reviews and was also recognized as a Star Seller. All my documents and account information are fully updated, and my payments have been deposited into my bank account on a regular weekly basis without any issues.
However, I have now experienced a serious and ongoing problem: my shop has been automatically placed into vacation mode without warning or explanation—this has happened four times. Each time, Etsy states that my information will be reviewed within 48 hours, but the issue is often not resolved within that timeframe.
Additionally, throughout all four incidents, I have not been asked for any documents or received any emails from Etsy explaining the reason behind these actions. Eventually, the shop simply returns to normal mode without any communication from Etsy. This lack of transparency and the repeated disruption is severely hurting my business, customer relationships, and revenue.
I want to emphasize that I am fully compliant with all Etsy policies and have always conducted my business with integrity. This situation is not only disheartening but also unsustainable for a small business owner.
I am requesting your urgent assistance in understanding why my shop is repeatedly and unjustly being placed into vacation mode and to help find a permanent resolution to prevent this from happening again.
I truly value my presence on Etsy and the support of the seller community, but this matter requires immediate attention to avoid further harm to my shop.
