Renewal of Listings NOT working

Attempting to renew expired listings. It is not working, you can see it thinking/spinning and 

nothing happening. NOT working, reporting. There have not been any technical issues for a long time.

The same for me and many others since about 837 am EST today. Cannot renew listings, cannot deactivate listings.

This has been going on for a few days. Can't list, renew, add discounts, verify ID, etc. It's a mess.

I just counted 17 other threads on this--it has been going on for days and Etsy has not addressed it at all. Guess they all went on vacation?

anyhow--why doesn't everyone post on the other 17 threads--do you think Etsy  just might notice then? Yes, I am snarky when things don;t work right and it goes on this long!

same thing with my shop as well.... I called tech support ... on the phone forever with them all they could do is suggest getting rid of Cookies on my browser.   they could have said there is an issue and we are working on it.  VERY SAD

if you click on the image in listings manager as if you are going to edit the listing, clicking on the black "renew" button at the bottom of the page works for me but doing these one by one isnt practical if you are renewing a lot but this may help if you are doing a few.

Go to the listing of the item, at the top you will find the Listing Tools bar. There is a Renew link. It works for me, it doesn't work elsewhere.

I can relist on my phone but can't relist on my desk top.

ETSY wherever you are, why are you not making any response to this issue? There have been complaints on several threads for days - I am on day 3 of not being able to renew listings. I can do it one-by-one from my shop page, painfully slow. Expired listings cannot be renewed at all. This is unacceptable, and is not what we pay our fees to a "reliable" site for. The moderators ARE on the forum, so why is this problem not being passed on and dealt with?

 I try to deactivate an item, since was sold on other place, and was unable yesterday on computer as today on the phone

I hot it to work by doing it the normal way but in the App. Hope this helps people!

Try clicking on the actual listing like you are going to edit then at the bottom you will see renew now and agree to pay the .20 cents it was the only way I could work around the error.  It still seems like it is working - lol at least the monies were subtracted from my account!

I usually renew this way and it's not working for me.  I also tied the batch renewing button at the top of the page and. it does not work either.
