I consistently hit high performance and dispatch ratings, but have had my star seller rating removed because of no data for "response rate".
When I get a message I respond- I haven't had any lately as my shop has clear pricing, descriptions etc and people don't need to ask questions. Why should I be penalised for efficiency?
Do I need to get a friend to send me an unnecessary message so that I may respond? What a waste of time. Perhaps your criteria need to wait until I don't respond in time and THEN remove the status.

are you reaching the 5 sales and $300 for the last 3 months?
That would not be the reason for the removal of your star. I have had no messages in the review period. My SSP dashboard says 'this won't impact eligibility unless you get a new message'. I don't have any stars because I'm missing the hidden $$ revenue figure.
Check your other metrics to see what's missing.
