Remove a open order

How do I get rid off a open order that was cancelled do to the customer being In Canada and would not pay more than five pounds for delivery.

Fully refund and cancel

Shop manger > orders & shipping > three dots by the order > cancel and refund

For the future, have you set up your shipping profiles so that an accurate amount is charged for shipping?

And are your prices right? Your purple baby blanket seems like it's priced too low.

Just refunding does not close the order. You also have to Cancel. Or just Cancel in the first place and it will do both. Use Refund only when you want to give a partial refund for something, like refunding excess postage, or keeping the original postage on a return, etc.
