I had a sale yesterday at 4:00 pm, immediately checked Payment Account to review details, NO OSA fee. This morning I check and Ad has converted to an Off Site Ad, with a 4-6 hour delay. Anyone else ever seen this Lapse of time? Large order, Large Fee. ODD.
