How do I get a refund I've tried all the ways but still nothing

I brought a digital pattern but cannot download it ive tried all ways suggested I asked seller if it could be emailed to me but she's being awkward and also reluctant to refund me she is able her end to see if its been downloaded or not

You cannot download files with the app. Have you tried to download them with a browser?

You could try opening a case for Item not Described but there is a clear message when buying downloads that no cancellations or refunds will be given.

You should not open new threads about the same issue.  Since you say in your earlier thread that you are never able to download items then it sounds like it is an issue your end.
