I am trying to issue a partial refund. Everything is marked and checked properly. When I hit review refund, the page goes shaded and nothing happens. There is no option to submit as per Etsy help pages. What is going on?
@DestinationLtd: Are you having this issue using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.
