Hi! I tried from different devices and browsers to cancel an order and refund the customer however when I press the "Cancel Order"button nothing happens. What can I do?
We just had the same thing happen two days ago. We were able to refund, but then clicked the Cancel button and nothing happened at all. It was like we weren't even clicking anything. We had to start a chat with Etsy and the representative had to cancel the sale.
