Refund issue

I am in the middle of a “Refund” for an order the buyer rejected (product not sent) in the refund review window it looks like I will be charged an extra €11.83 !!! WTF …for doing nothing
The buyer gets her full refund inc taxes etc ..but I get charged 

about to delete my shop ..not sure who are the scammers

There was not enough money in your payment account to make the full refund so the balance was charged to your CC. This is very simple and it is how Etsy works and it is all explained in either the Seller Handbook or Our House Rules--or both. 

Before opening your shop you should read all of that plus the TOU. I read all that small print--and know how difficult it seems but I learned early on in life to read EVERYTHING before doing anything!
