When i try to move orders / search for orders / use the filters I keep getting a red banner across the top of the page that says either "Not found" or "Service unavailable". Its very intermittent and its making processing orders difficult. I have to keep refreshing my browser to get the required information to load. It appears to be happening on both a desktop and through the app

I have also been having this issue. Mine happens when I am trying to print out shipping labels.
Mine as well. And once I print up the shipping labels and receipts, my orders don't move to COMPLETED. They just sit in NEW
I'm having the same issue for the last weeks.
I also have the red banner and it says Not Found on it - and have contacted help and gone back and forth by email with several people there and they say they are aware of it and engineers are working on it..but my sales have dropped to almost nothing since it has been happening. I have done all the things they suggested below to no avail, but I do feel my sales are super affected by it as I have had my shop for over 13 years and normally have a high volume of sales - so I have a history to compare it to... I am only getting a few per day...any other way to solve this? Please post!
SO, now I am getting a red banner that says service unavailable....intermittently with the one that says Not Found...and my sales are gone...
I have had the same issue for some time now. Red banner, completed orders page instead loads the new orders page. I just keep refreshing the page until it loads. Typical Etsy problems, it is always something. Live testing creates an unstable website, period.
