This has been a long time issue but is getting worse it seems. The dashboard shows just xxx amount of recent activity. When I look at the phone app though, there is up to 4 or more times the activity that has occurred. Why are these such different amounts? I use the recent activity to figure out sales, what needs work, what is popular, etc. Why are these 2 not in sync? Very seldom will the Dashboard Recent Activity catch up and log all the missing ones that are showing in the Phone App. Most times, they just aren't there.
How does this effect the stats? I can't imagine it doesn't effect them. If I had my druthers, I'd rather the online Dashboard be more accurate, since that is where I can do actual work for my shop.
