I Received a email to reset password but it wont send the email too reset it so now im logged out and have no idea what im able to do.
Are you sure the original e-mail request was from Etsy? This sounds suspicious.
my etsy account was logged out and it went into my etsy support folder on my email.
Do you mean your "From Etsy" folder on your Etsy Messages page?
Or are you talking about actual email?
This is what I am wondering. If you were simply logged out, by choice, of your account originally (like you went to bed and logged out for safety) and you received an e-mail to your regular e-mail account to change your password, I'd contact Etsy quickly. I can't imagine they would be asking for you to change your password out of the blue.
Who sent you that email? If you did not initiate to change your password, but you have provided your old password, you may have been scammed. Etsy would not send you any emails at all and never ask to change your password. Try to contact Etsy Support asap.

i was processing orders and it logged me out then i was asked too reset the password so i did and then logged back in then it logged me off again told me to reset the password but it wont set me the etsy sreset.
my email is set up too have a folder for the 2 Etsy support email address only. so i know if one is from etsy or one is from a scammer because sammer emails wont go too that folder.
Please check the details of the sender's e-mail address to be sure it is really from Etsy.
