Hello. I work my butt off to be a star seller. Last month there was a glitch and I received duplicate messages from 3 customers. I only responded to one of their messages so that I wouldn't annoy them. So now etsy sees these unanswered duplicates as no responses and I didn't get my star rating. I'm upset because I answer messages almost immediately, even in the middle of the night. Can someone fix this?
Try going back and marking as spam. Might be too late.

No one can fix it for July, but you can mark them as spam, and they won't be counted against you in August.
If a customer writes to you multiple times, I don't think they should be annoyed by getting multiple answers.
No, it was the same exact message sent twice from two different emails or something.
As of July 1 2022 this is not supposed to function as it had.
From now on the first message must be answered but all further messages will not count towards SS status.
But it is Etsy, so we will see if this is actually programmed in properly or not.
