Rearranging Your Shop Not Working

When I sell one of my items, if there are multiple quantities, it gets relisted and automatically gets moved to the first spot on my first page.  This is not currently working.  I have checked my settings to make sure that nothing changed and it is still set correctly.  It has been set this way for many years.  Here is what it looks like under shop options (I have the option Disabled, marked).

You have set a custom order for your listings using Rearrange Your Shop.

       Enabled Your shop's visitors will see the 'Custom' sort option by default

  x  Disabled Your shop's visitors will see the 'Most Recently Listed' sort option by default

ETSY, please fix this.

Hi, I don't use the Rearrange Feature, but many do. Here is a recent Thread about this issue (same as yours). It's been a problem for a while now. See the post by ButterflyFeetDigital, and I hope it works for you.
