Re-upload your ID to complete your Etsy shop onboarding

Hey anyone help please. i opened my shop 3 days ago i got a sale and today etsy put my shop on vacation mode , i can't turn it on . but i found this message in my email box saying to re-upload my ID. i don't know where to re-upload it . anyoneone can tell me how please. any help will be greatly appreciated

@Voltagelogos   Didn't the eMail provide a link or instructions? If you have not yet done so you might want to read https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001980067-How-to-Verify-Your-Identity-for-Etsy-Payments?s...  There is information and a link to upload your id.

You might find a link by going to Shop Manager - Finances - Payment Settings.  I can't remember as it was a while ago but I think there might have been a link in a banner across the top of the page.

Thank you i re-upload it ,how long does it take for etsy to turn off my shop vacation mode ??

@Voltagelogos  Sadly, according to anecdotal evidence in this forum the answer seems to be "when they get around to it". But I am sure that partly it will depend on if an automated system can do it without human intervention.
