It's been over a week now and the message response time still isn't responding to messages being answered within 24 hours.
When is Etsy tech support going to be able to have the time to fix this problem? Thanks!

welcome to Etsy! perhaps take screenshots of your "replies" so you can dispute star seller 'dings'.... also.... move messages into the spam folder until you can confirm via the "star seller message chart" records your response...
WHY are sellers having to jump these these hoops?

I'm using Safari and tried other browsers... it's been the same issue for the past week. I called and messaged Etsy last week and was told by Etsy other sellers are having the same issue.

I have one still marked blue. It was a back and forth thread and I even made the last reply.
I have two of those from is yesterday, several back and forth messages with buyers, but the blue banner is still there.
I have the same issue but am finding the blue message goes away after about 24 -26 hours, and my star seller is looking OK.
I did also email Etsy support and have had 2, very rapid, sympathetic responses and assurances they are working on it.
Well, I for one wish they would work a little faster, my last one, I just wrote to the customer, Etsy is having a problem with giving me credit for answering you, so I am saying Happy Saturday and no reply needed!
I got dinged down on this in July, when I clearly answered within 24 hours, despite being abroad at the time. Etsy Admin on chat also confirmed that I had answered within 24 hours, yet he was unable to alter my Star Seller stats manually. It won't now be cleared until October. It's not good enough Etsy.
