Random video placed under my listing

I realized the other night that a semi x rated product video was attached to one of my sticker listings. It’s a handmade pxnis cover ? and the person is showing it off in detail. It makes me look like a complete troll. I've had several people view this and have no idea how long it’s been up for. I am so embarrassed and know I’ve definitely missed out on sales because of this. Has this happened to anyone more than once? I’m so embarrassed I might pull my listings if it seems to be a reoccurring issue

This has come up in the forums before on several occasions including just last week by another seller. I think the way some sellers fixed the issue was to rename the video & upload it again. It may be an issue with a really generic file name... maybe multiple sellers had the same video file name for this to happen? I would suggest renaming the video with a unique file name & uploading it again to see if that works.

Sorry to hear about that! You can go into the edit listing and delete that video. If you have one you made you can upload that. Otherwise just leave the slot blank.

I do wonder if you have checked to see if you are using names for your "collections" that have live copyrights. It they do, that would be IP infringement. You may want to check on that.
