There's a team looking into an issue that's impacting loading across the site (like open orders, messages, listing details, etc). Once I've got an update from the team, I'll add it to the thread.
Just got an update from the team that the fix is now live and we're seeing improvement across the site. You should be able to load pages without issues at this time.
