Quantity 1 - shown twice to user - adding 2 items in cart

Hello,

a customer just sent me a screenshot.

She picked the item - the price is shown.

Underneath there is a Quantity field - showing 1 by default.

Underneath there is another Quantity field - showing 1.

She basically has two identical Quantity fields and got scared she was about to buy two.

I have checked my orders and I noticed that in June I am receiving the details of the order and they do show Quantity 1 and Quantity one again and I did not edit my listing since last year ...

I wonder how many ppl got scared and left...

Anybody facing the same issue?

update: 

I had a variation left in the listing for Quantity 1, so what users see is the quantity field and the variation field. It looks like a duplicate but it is not. Will monitor the next orders and see if that was the issue.
