QR code seems to have expired and need it to set up my etsy shop
If you got a message with a QR code that says you need it to set up your shop, that is a SCAM!!!! That is not how etsy works AT ALL.
They are trying to trick you into divulging your financial information and then they will steal your money.
If this was a real message from etsy, it will be in the "from etsy" section of your inbox. You have to check on a computer or through the browser.
Your shop is already set up with etsy payments. Mark this message as spam and ignore it.

Well that is weird......the OP's shop is now gone. I just get the uh oh can't be found page.
Guess they decided to close it.
Etsy will NEVER EVER send you a QR code for anything to do with your account.
If this was a message in your inbox, then it was from a scammer wanting to take you OFF Etsy so they can steal your money.

@Crochetedatclamatis Hi, I don't know if you are able to come back to your Thread, but I'm very sorry you received this garbage from a scammer. No one expects to open a Shop and immediately get hit with scammers, but from what others have said, they often appear right after someone lists an item/s. There has been an infestation of them here.
I hope you did not get hacked, and did not click on the FAKE QR Code, but if you did, please run malware checks on all of your devices. If you gave out any banking info, you'll want to contact your bank and stop the card. And if you did get hacked, please report this to authorities, as it is a cybercrime. Again, I'm very sorry this was your experience as a new Seller. Frankly, this ------ me off.
