Put on vacation mode again!!!

I was put on forced vacation mode the week before Christmas for three days, I sent the require documents, the vacation mode was removed & now today I'm back on vacation mode! Does anyone know what's happening? I'm beyond fed up!

Have you checked spam file for any notices from Etsy?

Is all tax and ID information verified?  Does the bank information match.  If yes to everything then it may be the lack of star seller.   You have none of the badges and I assume you make the $300 and 5 sales required.  Maybe they are not seeing tracking happening?  Just a guess.

You will probably need to contact Etsy if it continues.  There have been some recently where it was an error and the shop was reopened in a few hours.

Everything is good with my account info - I went through all of this one month ago & sent the documents they were asking for. Everything is up to date, I've always been a star seller with thousands of sales. I don't have a hair out of place. I'd love to contact them but can't find a way to do that to save my life & when I try to contact support, none of the subjects to click for help relate to my problem whatsoever.
