Hello, every time I complete my listing and I click publish it’s there’s a message that says that it was unable to publish, but it moved my listing to draft. I’ve called a number of times about this particular issue and I’ve been told we’re gonna do blah blah blah blah blah. So they recommend it that I use the browser and go to my shop. That works, but It’s too time- consuming. I need to know if anyone else is having his problem and if so, can you help me because this is slowing up my work of putting photos on my page for my shop.

I have not had that problem. I ise Edge browser. Are you using the app? Are you using a browser not supported by Etsy? Have you cleaned out cache and cookies? Run utilities so your computer is clean?
Are you using copy? Are the listings older ones going back? Older listings lack some of the information now required and that may be throwing the listing into draft.

Definitely try clearing your cache files.
Are trying to list a finished product as a supply? I see that you are doing that with some of your ready to wear products.
Hi, I copy a listing and change the info. I use my iPad and have been doing this for 4 years.
I am copying listings of Mud cloth and adding new pieces that arrived so the items are not old.
@DjennecollectionShop: "I need to know if anyone else is having his problem ..." Sadly this forum is full of threads reporting the same issue. The app seems to be so full of things that don't work right that many sellers recommend using a browser instead - even if it is the browser on your mobile device.
Thank you. It’s more work for me to try to publish on the iPad and Etsy can’t do it, but puts it in a draft for me to go the the browser and public.
I am having the same issue but on my browser (Google Chrome) Etsy support has been no help. I have followed all of the steps. On my end, the new listings won't even save to drafts without an error.
It’s obvious that no one is listening to us. I learned tonite that it is better now to go back to the way it was years ago and use your browser to get into list and save your listings.
