Publish button does not work I click and nothing happens

Hello:

I am having a headache with this problem and support chat is unable to help. I have contacted it many times already. Sometimes the publish button does not work. I click on it and nothing happens. This happens with 3 browsers ( Chrome, Firefox and edge) latest versions and cookies cleared. I use Gelato so publish my images to Etsy, as Gelato repeats too many images in their mockups Once those are uploaded I go into my listing and try to delete some. If I do that. I delete a few and try to publish the publish button becomes unresponsive. No error and nothing. I simply click on it and nothing happens. 

Somehow, I suspect it has to do with the Gelato integration . On their side, they say everything is fine. On Etsy side, they tell me to change browsers or clear cookies. Neither works. Has someone gone through this and found a solution. It is very frustrating and slow publishing things that you know you cannot change. I

I'm having this problem as well, also with Gelato integrated listings. I've tried on mobile and laptop and it doesn't work.

yes it is really frustrating. Gelato says it is an Etsy issue and Etsy it is Gelatos fault

I seem to remember reading about a situation where it was the printing company that was blocking the listings where they deemed there were copyright issues with the content.

Could this be the case with your material?

No. That's not an issue. It happens with all product. Also, every listing I have on sale here is in the Public domain so no issues with copyright. It happens with all listings. Once the image mockup has a variation attached to it, game over the problem with the publish button becoming unresponsive starts.

I finally found the solution. It is not Gelatos fault, but simply you have to unlink first all the image links in the variation section and then you will be able to delete the images with no problem and the publish button becomes responsive again. 

Go to the Variation. Select link photos and then all the images that have a link they have a surrounding square, you click on the top of them one or two times until the thumbnail disappears and only the icon remains. This with all the images that have an image linked to a variation. Once this is done any images on the top of the page can be deleted again without any problem.

I had this problem, as well, on different browsers. The page kept scrolling up to the title and description area when I clicked publish. First the title was copied from my Printify as "Under the Sea" and description was “Under the Sea” 

Experimentation and, oddly, adding a space after the title revealed an error message that the title can only contain letters and numbers. That was what was wrong, but it wouldn't tell me till I added a space at the end. Weird, because space inside the title is fine. Description did not need changing.
