I cannot change out my 4 promoted listings on the top row of my listings. They are stuck.
Do you mean your featured items?
This might be a temporary glitch/bug. Wait a day or two and try again.
You could just get rid of 'Featured listings' and then rearrange your shop with those four listings across the top.
You will have to refresh your browser to see the changes. It takes a few minutes. You can try holding down your Shift + Enter key while you click the Refresh button. Sometimes you have to do it a few times.
I've tried editing both ways and it is not working. There is something wrong with it. I would do as @OneEyeCatStudio suggested.
@StonesAndLeatherUS - I tried to change mine this morning, and it appeared to not be working. However, after about an hour, the new ones did appear.
Yes, featured items are messed up today.
Mine are alternating between the old featured items, or 3 with a blank spot instead of 4.
I did as suggested by @timelapse and left it alone for a bit.
The featured listings just reset on their own to the correct listings.
