I was trying to jumpstart my shop after putting it on vacation, and posted a promo code on social media. An old friend in another state bought something, and since I was pretty sure my code had spurred the sale, I asked her. She had used the code, but the sale went through with no discount. I issued a partial refund.
Now I've noticed that repeat customers aren't using my Thank You discounts, and I'm wondering if they are trying to. Anyone else having this issue?
