I set up a promo code for customers who hold on to items in their cart this was done in October..I ended up pausing it but can not delete it and this is causing repeat customers to use the code over and over again for 20 % off at check out this has become very annoying to me as I have a constant 20 % sale every day all year long. I noticed that this is an ongoing issue for others too..so what I would like to know is if Etsy is doing something about this problem.

I don't mind having occasional sales but to have this still stuck as a promo I will not offer sales until this is removed or fixed so that it can be deleted from my list

@sew2beunique: Pausing the targeted offer only means that no new coupons will be sent. According to Etsy, "Abandoned cart offers expire 60 days from the coupon’s creation date" so any that were sent out before you paused the offer have to be honored. In this case 'creation date' means that date the offer was sent to the buyer, not the date you created it.
