I’ve never had this problem before but it has now come up when creating shipping labels for two of my sales. The listings state when the arrival time is. I give 2 weeks to make what the customer ordered plus the shipping transit time. No problem there. But when I go to create the label, everything I pick triggers the expected arrival date as being too short and won’t arrive on time. It’s only 2 weeks from the purchase date. Either the shipping time isn’t being added or the 2 weeks to make it isn’t being added. The auto shipping setting has been the same for multiple listings for ages with no problem until recently.
Anyone else running into this? I’m not sure why it’s now doing this as there’s never been an issue like this before.

Re: Production time not being added to expected arrival date
it's 1-2 days,
if you change to a country people don't ship to, like canada for this shop, then you can see the processing time

Re: Production time not being added to expected arrival date
@CarpetCollectionAU I have my processing time set to 1-2 days.
I aim to get orders out the same day, at the latest the following day.
To the United States 3-7 working days estimated delivery for register & insured
or express 1-2 days estimated delivery to the United States
UK orders seem to arrive within 20 hours from dispatch so far

Re: Production time not being added to expected arrival date
@CryzalisMasksUK Neither is Australia or NZ. Shipping may be more expensive but, to my knowledger, there are not many opportunities to source and purchase product such as yours here, so it may be an opportunity you have overlooked? There are many Buyers in Australia and NZ who would willingly pay for delivery. You have Free Shipping to EU and US so just calculate the "extra" over and above that and create a Profile for Aust / NZ which charges the "extra". In that way no one is overcharged and your Market becomes larger.

Re: Production time not being added to expected arrival date
@CarpetCollectionAU Thank you. I have forgot to add several locations, which I excluded when I was based in the EU because of cost and paperwork.
But now that I am in the UK, I should look into the cost for Australia & New Zealand.
Appreciated, thank you

Re: Production time not being added to expected arrival date
@CarpetCollectionAU have checked the postal prices and it is not much more than the United States.
Thank you both @CraftyCornishMaids & @CarpetCollectionAU for checking my shipping location profile
I have now added the missing locations

Re: Production time not being added to expected arrival date
etsy collects the import GST (VAT) for all orders under aus$1,000, and NZ$1,000
it's only a bit more info to write in the outside of the package,
prices aren't too different, as usa is expensive anyway
definitely worth a look
