Processing time inaccurate

All of my orders today are displaying a 4 working day processing time when my items are 2 working day. Etsy live chat were no help. They checked my settings and there is no explanation.

I think they have set the UK as having bank holidays on 18th and 19th March.

Anyone else have this issue?

@LovedByPot: It looks like Etsy is finally considering (at least some) postal holidays in their calculations. We are in the US and noticed that the last few US postal holidays were accounted for in calculating the scheduled ship by date.

Yup, etsy are including holidays in the estimated delivery dates as seen by buyers.

But the UK doesn't have any bank holidays next week.

Today (sunday 17th), I'm seeing get it by 21st - 22nd March.

So, your 2 day processing would be Mon, Tues, and then the shipping time would be 2 - 3 days? Meaning that 21st would be day 2 of the shipping time and 22nd, day 3 of the shipping time.

Looks correct. Etsy adds processing time and shipping estimate together and gives the estimated delivery dates.

Apologies, I meant the dispatch by date on my orders are showing up 2 days later than they should be. Even accounting for weekends. E.g. order placed today, with 2 day processing time should be due for dispatch on Wednesday but it says Friday
