Problems with payment

Just opened a store and everything looks setup right, but everyone gets an error when trying to pay There was a problem with your order.

Just added the item to my cart, was able to select credit card or Paypal and didn't get an error message.
I didn't try Google pay because I don't have that and Klarma is for orders $50 or more.
I didn't continue to checkout because I didn't want to buy the items.

That’s the problem is after they click to go and pay it says “hmm something’s wrong try again”

Only Etsy can fix your problem. It is probably a glitch, nothing you have done. Contact them by email to report the problem.

Have you added a credit/debit card? I don't think that's it but just one thing to check.
