Hello everyone. I am opening a second store. Whenever I've opened a shop, Etsy would make a small deposit for me to verify my bank account. In this case, they have not required that deposit (nor did they send it to me) and yet the only listing that I have active has already been charged from my bank account. Also, the new store also does not allow me to add estimated delivery times. Is this normal or is it a bug?

If you can list items, chances are you're fine. But I would suggest removing the word 'healing'...because you can't say what isn't provable...
Oh, the store is under construction, I have a lot to do and things to change. I haven't uploaded ads for my products yet because I'm taking photos of the jewelry. I like to talk about the mystical properties of gemstones in my products, but I will never say that they cure an illness or can replace any medical treatment. Anyway, I will be careful with the descriptions of my future products.

Very true. In this case, though, it might be useful to keep the listing title so buyers will know what the link is for.
Etsy does not charge your bank account for anything.
Etsy can be a bit slow with some things. I expect they will ask you to verify your bank account in time.
I think, if I remember correctly, estimated delivery times are created automatically by Etsy depending on your processing time and location of the buyer.
Regarding your one listing - personally I would not create a separate listing for tracking (customers may not see it if they don't visit your shop) but add it as an option when you set up your shipping profiles.
