Is anyone having problems with etsy's chat and call help features? I chatted with an agent earlier, but it wouldn't let me disconnect; the agent had to end the chat. Afterwards, I wanted to add an additional note to the chat dialogue; it said I was signed out. I left and cleared cookies, and I am signed in. But in chat, it doesn't recognize me. I asked etsy to call me, but no call ever came through.
