Problems with canceling an order

I am trying to cancel an order.  The order has 29 items.  When I try to cancel it, the system says there are 10 items in the order, but the total dollar amount of the order is correct.  I'm afraid to cancel it since the number of order items isn't correct!

Are any of the items duplicates? IOW--Did they order multiples of some items?

@TinyHomeGoods: How many line items on the order? As @ThePurplePuppy mentioned, nine listings sold with a quantity of three and one listing sold with a quantity of two might be 29 items to you but is 10 items (line items) to Etsy.

No, there were no duplicates.  I worked up my nerve and cancelled it even though it said there were only 10 items, and it refunded the entire amount and all 29 items show as cancelled now.  Go figure!
