Problems linking Etsy to shopify

Hey everyone I've tried all sorts of ways to do this and I'm just getting nowhere and it's supposed to be easy.

im creating products on printify then selling on Etsy and im having real problems linking the 2. 

what am I doing wrong? Please help.

Unless the OP has an inventory management app to link a Shopify site with Etsy - that would be the only reason to do this - I think they mean Printify.
