Problems changing price in a listing with variations

I am not able to change the price of any listings that have variations that were active about a week to 10 days ago. It was suggested to me to copy and make a new listing of the listings that were in question, but that would mean losing all my sales data for each item and I have several listings. I get error a new error code every time I try to change a price and post. This happens for active listings as well as renewing an expired listing. 

New listing I have done this week does not have this issue, but all prior listing do. 

I have many years of sales data on these listings and I do not want to lose it, but I also need to be able to change my prices. 

I have been on with technical support and the only fix they say they have is deleting my listings and make new ones but as I said I would lose all my sales data which is critical to search results. 

Can anyone help with this.

I looked at few of your listings and I saw no variations. If the price the variation? I have a listing with color variations and I have been able to change the price.

They are with the stocking listings. I cannot change the price a seller.

It happens when I edit a listing, I can change everything, but the price on listings with variations. I get an error code when I try to publish the change.

I just checked on one of my listings with variations and I'm able to update pricing.  I would suggest checking to see if an update is needed on your system, try an alternative browser and clear history.  If the problem still persists, take a screenshot of the error and contact Etsy support again.  Let them know these things were done and the problems is persisting and inform them you still need help because a listing with a stronger quality score needs to be kept.  I hope this helps.

This error occurs when I use the app on my phone as well.

I would like to add that this issue occurs while using the app also. So it is not my pc.
