Good morning everyone. I've had a problem with digital orders for two days. I sell custom digital items. But they result in instant download. So I don't have the possibility to customize the order because the buyers receive it to download. I obviously didn't upload anything to download in the form. What is going on? Sorry for my english! I hope someone has some answers.
Go edit the listing, try to use the old listing format, and switch it to physical and then back to digital, or change the date to something else and back to made to order and publish.
