Problem with notification emails
In past two weeks, I've stopped receiving automatic email notifications from Etsy - at first it was just emails saying that I had received a message, but today I noticed that I have a new order from two days ago that I didn't know about.
And no, they're not in my spam folder, they don't reach me at all, even though I have never had such a problem before (I also didn't change the e-mail address linked with my Etsy store).
So it seems as some technical issue and I would really appreciate help with solving this.

@SolsBeadedJewelry: A quick search of this forum would show you that you are not alone - there are many reports of issues with eMail and app notifications failing. Unfortunately there does not appear to be any solution and the consensus is that shops need to check their shop's messages and orders via a browser at least daily.

I've had this same problem for a few months now! However, I frequently check my shop so it's not a big deal, just makes me wonder why...

Few months ago, mine were not showing up and I found them in my Promotions folder. It eventually fixed itself few weeks later.

I don't get emails anymore when a buyer sends me a message.
Since months.
The box is ticked.

I no longer have received messages or orders in my email folder.
I hope Etsy will restore this feature to it's sellers

Sometimes I get an email when a message is received--sometimes not--the same with sales. I HATE this with sales especially as if Etsy "goes down" I can't access my orders. I have taken to writing down EVERY order in a spiral notebook--I include buyers name and address and email for "just in case". I know this is not the new , modern way and I am supposed to depend on technology but I am just enough old school to take precautions. This started for me about 3-4 weeks ago.
