Problem with my shop name "SketchViews"

[SketchViews]

For some reason, if I search on etsy for "Sketchviews" my shop cannot be found, but if I search for "SketchViews" it can.

If, however, I log in as sketchviews.Etsy.com, I go right to my shop.

I do not remember reading that the shop name is case sensitive and it certainly isn't in Google or in my URL.

How can I fix it. I want it found under "sketchviews" . . .

I can find your shop by typing in all lowercase letters.
