Problem with Shipping

Hello, there is a big difference between the cargo notifications seen on Etsy recently and the cargo information I have used. For example, while "delivered" appears on Etsy cargo information, it seems that the cargo company is still "in transit" on its own page. Or it appears as "pre-transit" on Etsy, although it appears in "recipient's country" according to the shipping company's information. And I only get the warning that my 2 orders are missing in the "Star Seller" section. Can someone in authority deal with this situation or do we have friends in the community who have experienced a similar event before?

Etsy tracking in your dashboard has not been reliable for a while. I have many that show pre-transit even tough they have long been delivered and reviews have been left. Just go directly to the postal service website which is dealing with the delivery and track from there, once delivered you can make a copy of the proof of delivery to save.

As for the star seller or badge being affected by this, I do not believe this is the case but could be wrong. But all my stats have remained at 100% each month including dispatch despite the Etsy tracking not being correct

@AgataAlessa: Star Seller is supposed to be based on "shipped" not "delivered", so as long as the package has been scanned at least once it should not hurt your Star Seller stats/

all my parcels are registered, insured and scanned  but over 20% still remains in pre-transit on the etsy dashboard despite reviews being left but this has not deducted anything from my on-time dispatch / tracking this remains on 100%

Yes, normally it should be like this. I have not had any problems until now. However, since January 24, my posts appear as pre-transit. And Star Seller dropped 95% in "On-time shipping & tracking". (Even though I entered all my shipping information)
