We haven’t received our funds since February 18.
We’ve been using the same bank account for over 7 years and never had any issues. On February 18, 2025, our Etsy payout was returned, and since then, we haven’t received any funds — even though we re-uploaded all the required bank documents (including statements showing past Etsy deposits), our IBAN, etc.
Our account was verified, but then Etsy asked us to upload everything again… and now they’re even asking us to change our bank account?!
Seriously - has anyone else experienced this recently? How did you fix it?
