Hi, I'm sure this will have been talked about previously, however I can't see any solutions that help:
I have been unable to access anything but Announcements and Technical issues for the last few weeks. I've logged out and back in on different devices and no change.
I've tried to send a message to Etsy Support but then I was sent an email with a link to verify my email address and it just comes up "nul"-
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated!

It is an Etsy oopsie from March 26th when they converted to must be signed in to access. Try what the mod says in this thread: https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Access-Denied-no-response-from-Etsy/m-p/145362134#M84...
I have heard that it isn't an instantaneous fix, so be patient.

Please refresh your login and you should be able to access all forums if you’re an Etsy seller — click here, and we’ll log you back in automatically.
If, after trying to log back in, you are still having trouble accessing all forums, please reach out to us directly via community [at] etsy.com so we can investigate further.
You must be logged into the forums not just Etsy.

Thanks for that, I've tried all of the suggested solutions and no success! As you mentioned, will have to be patient I think, seems to be a lot of sellers in the same position
The other day someone said it was over night before they had access after clicking on the link, I could be wrong, but it seems as though they don't have a blanket solution and are still fixing the problem on a case by case basis as they become aware.
I have the same issue. Every forum post (that I can access) that offers a solution either has a greyed reply button or I can not access the links provided. I have read that some people have had success contacting Etsy support or [at] them through forums but I have yet to be successful. If you find anything that helps please follow up as I ran out of things to try! Good luck!
Did you click on the underlined here in the second paragraph of the mod's response in the link I just posted? You don't click on the reply button.
Hello, I have the same problem. I can access only "Announcements" and "Technical Issues". Log out and in, clean cache did not help. I tried it several times on different days. I sent an email to community [at] etsy.com on April 8, but have not received an answer yet.
