Today I received a message from Etsy team informing me about the need to verify my sellers info. My shop entered on vacation mode automatically, and I must upload a document to confirm my ID.
I am a Brazilian seller, and I am trying to upload my Brazilian driver's license on the options (Finances > Legal and Tax Information > Your Documents > Legal Documents".
After uploading the document, on the option "Issuing Country - Select Country", there's no option to select my country, Brazil.
What should I do?

Yes, many Sellers are having issues with this, and I'm sorry you are too. It's Verification due to the INFORM Act. I'm puzzled as to why you can't select your country.
My country dosent even apears on the list for me to select. Don't know what else to do.
@GameArtBox Brazil is not on the list of countries eligible for Etsy Payments.
Do you have Etsy Payments? I'm not sure how you managed that. Did you originally put your location as US or perhaps you moved since?
I guess Etsy forgot that there are sellers from other countries that could have opened a shop before 26 April 2021 (after which you would have been restricted). You will need to contact Etsy Support directly and ask them what to do. Shop Manager > Help > Contact Us.
Last year I received an Etsy email inviting me to use Etsy Payments in partnership with a platform called Payonner.
I followed the instructions and it ended up working. I'm still using it today and it's no longer possible for me to return to the old method (PayPal).
As for contacting support, I've been trying to do that since yesterday. However, my contact option with live chat disappeared. The "Contact us" option directs me here.
@GameArtBox Etsy Payments with a Payoneer account is available for sellers in Argentina, Chile, Japan, Peru, Thailand, or Ukraine. It's possible Etsy have not updated the help page for a while so maybe Brazil is included now.
Unfortunately the forum should not be considered a way to contact Etsy support directly, although they do sometimes escalate issues from here (but it's rare). Can you go back to the 'contact us' page and try to find an issue that allows you to submit a help ticket.
