Getting this message when I try to renew a listing.
Your listing is missing required delivery info that helps calculate estimated delivery dates. Update
Been through postage information and everything seems correct-
Post code I am shipping from.
Delivery time and shipping provide. I'm in the UK, so its Royal Mail.
It keeps telling me -
Could not find a shipping carrier with that ID in the provided country.
Am I missing something, or is his a bug ?
@thebrashop: This has been reported a number of times in this forum. Have you tried using the "old" listing form via a browser?
Yes I am using old version of Etsy. I have not searched the tech board. Just the regular forum board. Will take a look now. Thanks
Are you actually specifying Royal Mail or have you got it set to 'Other' so you can enter your own, more realistic shipping time? I believe the 'Other' option was removed - there were lots of posts about it. However, I myself use 'Other' (since the strikes) in my delivery profiles and so far I have not had a problem renewing.
I have several different options, mostly variants of Royal Mail services that customers can pick at checkout,. Added Evri during strikes, as an option. I prefer to specify to save people asking.
