Problem mit PayPal

 Hallo, ich bin bei Etsy als eine Verkäuferin. Heute hatte ich meine letzte Bestellung, aber da habe ich große Probleme. Ich muss die Zahlung bestätigen, aber ich kann mein Konto und die neue Einzahlung von meinem Konto bis 3 Tage nicht sehen, es ist eine Mastercard und dauert ein paar Tage, um es auf meinem Konto zu stehen.

Ich konnte leide nicht mein PayPal in meinem Etsy Konto einstellen. Das wäre sehr nett, wenn Sie mir helfen könnten. Das ist so traurig, möchte nicht die Kunde verlieren.

und wie und wo kann ich mein PayPal einreichen. Das muss eigentlich hier sein (Shop-Manager“ > „Finanzen“ > Zahlungseinstellungen) aber es funktioniert leider nicht

The email or message you received requesting any of your PayPal or Banking information is a SCAM.

You have no sales:  you never have to confirm payment in order to process an ordee.  If you received a message to do so, it's a scam where they actually TAKE money feom you, not give it

If you gave them your credit card info via a link, contact your card immediately.

.As for paypal, shops in most countries must sign up for Etsy payments, so there is no place to add your paypal info if you are in one of those countries.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Antwort, aber ich habe eine E-Mail vom Website-Support erhalten. Mein Shop hat gerade erst eröffnet und dies ist mein erster Verkauf. Ich muss bestätigen, zuerst meine Konto und die Karte, genau was ich meinem Shop habe und dann wie viel Guthaben ist auf meinem Konto steht.

@SanazMug You have no sales in your shop, and that wasn't an email from Etsy.  If was from a thief pretending to be Etsy Support.  

Etsy does not require you to confirm the amount of credit in your account.  

You've been scammed.

@SanazMug   That is a scam.  Messages from ETsy appear only in the folder marked for Etsy.  Anything else is a scam.

If you gave them PayPal information, you may need to contact PayPal on how to handle this scam

PayPal is already in Etsy payments so no need for your PayPal account information.

New shops are being targeted for this scam.

As others have already told you, you DO NOT have a sale. Navigate to your store on the front of Etsy and you can see in the left column it says you have 0 Sales.

If you really had a sale, it would appear in your Dashboard under Orders & Shipping. Even if you hadn't received the payment yet in your bank account, it would show in your Dashboard under the Finances->Payment Account tab.

As others have said, this is a well known scam that is trying to steal your identity or financial information. It is not from Etsy. It just looks like it is. Mark it as spam, and do not click any of the links in the email. If you have already clicked any of the links, run a virus scanner on your computer and go change your password everywhere you have one, not just on Etsy.

NO you do not have to do that, its a SCAM, Betrug in German Etsy would NEVER ask how much you have in your account, please do not give out your banking information

If your Orders page and Payments pages do not show a sale you DO NOT have a real sale.

That is not how etsy works—it's a SCAM. As stated above, when you get a REAL sale, you will see it on your dashboard under "orders & shipping". And since you had to enter your banking information when you set up your shop, etsy already has it. 

It is a TRICK to get your financial information, at which point they will take your money!!!!

This is a known scam (fraud attempt). The real Etsy will not ask you how much credit you have on your credit card. If they need anything from you there will be a notification in your shop manager dashboard (not in messages). Real messages from Etsy will appear in the 'from Etsy' section of the message page. If you click on that section and the message disappears, then it is not from Etsy but from a scammer pretending to be Etsy. Real orders can be viewed on your orders page of your shop manager - you don't need to confirm them. Also, buyers do not need your email address either - Etsy already has that from when you opened your account.

Also - regarding Paypal. Your shop is signed up with Etsy Payments which includes PayPal as a payment option. When a customer pays you via PayPal the money goes to Etsy and then Etsy pays you. You cannot add your own personal PayPal account/email.

Du das sind Betrüger. Die haben es auf neue Shops abgesehen. Sei sehr vorsichtig. Regel alles NUR über dein Dashboard. Nachrichten sind NUR im Ordner "von Etsy" zu finden. Ansonsten versucht jemand deine Kontaktdaten abzugreifen. Das hat nichts mit Paypal zu tun

Besser ist das @Karte sperren. Leider. Eigentlich sollte Etsy eine Warnung einblenden die bei neuen Shops bis zu den ersten Verkäufen bestehen bleibt. Aber auf so eine Idee kommen sie nicht.

Tut mir Leid für dich. Bleib dran du hast suüße Tassen. Lass dich auch nicht entmutigen, genau so schlecht wie es hier grad mit den Betrügern läuft, genau so schleppend läuft der Verkauf hier momentan. Wenige haben jetzt zur Vorweihnachtszeit gute Verkäufe.
