Problem downloading CSV files

Is anyone having issues downloading CSV files, and if not, can anyone direct me to how to get ETSY help? I've tried so many different avenues, and it just ain't working for me. Thanks!

I have no problem downloading files.  I use Edge and I have Excel so my downloads open on Excel.  In the right hand corner is the download for me to click on.

Contact us under Help.  Select a topic close.  Look for I still need help.  Send an email.  THe first response will be generic,  Respond back you still need help.

If you have Chat that is another option.  Depending on who is manning chat, you might get someone with enough expertise to help.

You could try rebooting your computer or cleaning out cache and cookies.  If you are using the app, can't help there.  I never use the app.

@PrimFun I tried clearing my cache and cookies. Not using the app. I'll try rebooting. I'm used to having it say "will send to your email when ready", but it's not doing this. It comes up directly, but doesn't look "right". When I try copying and pasting, it won't work. I'll try rebooting. Not sure what's going on. Thank you for your response.
