mes clients ont des erreur quand il veulent ajouter un de mes produits dans leur panier « une erreur et survenue et nous n’avons pas pu ajouter ce ci dans votre panier » et j’ai essayer de m’acheter un produit j’ai eu le même problème
savez vous comment on peut résoudre ce problème ?

What you are experiencing is an attempted scam.
First of all, you can't buy your own listings...so nothing to fix there.
Do not click on any links - tell the scammer that if they are having "problems" to contact Etsy as there is nothing you can do to help them. Of course, they aren't going to do that!
This is a well-known scam targeting new sellers on Etsy and other sites. Etsy is not a list and it sells site -
