Once you are muted, you lose those priveledges for a certain number of days. If you keep doing it, they will close your whole account. You should only contact customers if you need an answer on something to fulfill their order, or if they have contacted you first with a question. They won't remove it until however many days they told you are up. This is a punishment for abusing the system.
